What's your turnaround time ?

We complete most jobs in about 1 day although more complex jobs may take longer to complete. However, you should know that we prioritize quality over speed.

Each job goes through layers of quality control, and for this reason, we limit the number of rush jobs.

We work on Monday - Friday 8 am - 6 pm Eastern Standard Time. Jobs placed after cut-off will be reviewed and worked on the next day.

Do you offer a guarantee ?

Yes. We have a 14-day money-back guarantee.

If you’re not satisfied with our service or you’ve changed how your business works, you may cancel within 14 days and get a full refund. If you wish to cancel your subscription at any time, you can do it and we won’t renew your plan.

We never want it to come to this. That’s why we’re always working with you to ensure your jobs are fulfilled on time and that you’re satisfied. Please talk to us if you’re not satisfied with something and our team will work on it.

When will I be billed ?

You’ll be billed once a month for monthly plan. Please note that for add-ons, you’ll be charged one time (immediately) on an as-needed basis.

Can I cancel my subscription ?

We hope to work with all our customers on a long-term basis. However, if the business is slowing down, or you want to cancel for other reasons, simply let us know and it will be done.

Can I upgrade / downgrade anytime I want ?

You are free to upgrade/downgrade at any time.

Please note that we do upgrades on a prorated amount basis. This means that we factor in the amount you have paid for in your current subscription and the number of days left. To ensure you are charged correctly and fairly.

However, for downgrades, take effect on the next renewal. This means that if you downgrade today, you’ll continue using the current subscription that you have already paid for. We then downgrade your plan on the next renewal.

What If I use up all the number of job request in my subscription and have more request to place ?

In this case, you have two choices.

Option 1: Buy individual jobs (or package of jobs) on an as-needed basis as you wait for your subscription to renew so you can get the number of job requests your subscription offers. Once you’re on the portal, check the add-on menu to buy individual jobs.

Option 2: If your business is growing and you have several job requests to place before your subscription renews, upgrading to the next plan is the best option. If you choose this option, please let us know and we’ll upgrade you right away.
