How do I Submit a Job Request?

Easily Submit Job Requests with seps: Log in to our web portal and fill out a short form with job details, or use automation through a shop management tool like Printavo. Clearly defined jobs tend to flow more smoothly through our process, resulting in faster turnaround for you.

What Type of Work Do You Do?

Partner with Seps to Streamline Your Screen Printing Business: Our premium production artwork services, including vector retracing, color separations, proofs and mock-ups, and embroidery digitizing, will help you save time and focus on growing your business.

What are Your Working Hours?

Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time.

When Am I Billed?

Understand Your Billing with Seps: You'll be billed monthly for your plan, and as-needed for any add-ons. For frequent embroidery digitizing requests, we offer prepaid digitizing credits that are charged and used as needed, rolling over from month to month.

How Can I Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel?

Easily Manage Your Seps Subscription: You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, with upgrades prorated based on your current subscription and days remaining. Downgrades take effect on the next renewal. If you need to cancel, simply let us know.
