Terms and Conditions
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Seps.io, an artwork/design agency, and the individual or business entity ("Member") that subscribes to and uses Seps.io's services. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Seps.io will provide services to the Member. By using Seps.io’s services, the Member agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
1.Scope of Services
Seps.io provides artwork and design services tailored for businesses in the print and creative industries, offered through subscription-based membership plans. Services include:

2. Workflow
Members submit job requests through the Seps.io portal by completing a job intake form. For Members using Printavo integration, submissions may be automated per pre-established processes.
An account manager reviews each request for clarity and assigns it to a team member aligned with the Member’s shop style and project type. Each job undergoes a quality control process to ensure files are production-ready. Most standard jobs are completed within one business day. More complex or multi-part requests may take 2–3 business days. Members will be notified in advance if a job requires additional time.
Completed files are delivered via the portal and emailed to the Member. For Members using Printavo with granted access, files will also be uploaded directly to their Printavo account.
3. Expectations
Member Responsibilities:
Submit job requests with clear, accurate information and sufficient reference materials.
Maintain a respectful and professional tone in all communications with Seps.io team members.
Seps.io Commitments:
Provide timely and transparent communication throughout the job process.
Deliver production-ready artwork meeting industry standards.
Grant Members access to all final source files upon project completion.
4. Subscription Terms
All membership plans operate on a rolling monthly basis and automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Unused job requests do not carry over to the next month. Any legacy plans (e.g., “Growth” plan), subject to the same terms as public plans. Members may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle. In-progress jobs will be completed and delivered by the end of the paid term.
5. Job Request Definition
A “job request” is a single design project submitted through the Seps.io portal, which may include:
Artwork cleanup, vectorization, mock-up creation, or print-ready file preparation for screen printing or digital printing (e.g., DTF/DTG)
Up to three imprint placements
Up to three product styles or color variations
Up to three revisions within the original design scope
Jobs exceeding this scope—such as multiple unrelated designs, more than three placements, or revisions altering the original intent—may count as multiple job requests. Seps.io will review each submission and notify the Member if additional job credits are required. No extra work will begin without Member approval.
6. Fair Use Policy
Membership plans are designed for fair use:
Plans with job limits (e.g., Growth Plan) must stay within the monthly allowance.
Unlimited plans are optimized for up to 7 jobs per day or 100 per month. If a Member consistently exceeds this, Seps.io may contact them to discuss upgrading to a custom plan or adding a second membership.
Abuse of the unlimited structure (e.g., excessive submissions impacting service quality) may result in a review or termination of service.

11. Member Responsibility for Submitted Content
By uploading and submitting design and artwork files, you affirm that you hold the copyright, have secured a valid license, or possess authorization for their use, taking responsibility for any legal expenses from potential claims. Given the inherent subjectivity in creative projects and graphic design, outcomes may differ. Should discrepancies arise, we are prepared to offer revisions. We advise a thorough inspection of the provided files prior to production.
12. Errors and Corrections
If Seps.io delivers files containing errors (e.g., incorrect specifications) due to our oversight, we will correct the issue at no additional cost within 5 business days of notification.
13. Abuse of Service

Excessive use beyond fair use limits

Disrespect toward Seps.io team members
Use of services for illegal or explicit material
Seps.io is a collaborative partner, not a replacement for internal art departments in high-volume environments.
14. Team Interaction Policy
Members are prohibited from engaging, recruiting, or contracting current or former Seps.io team members (including designers, account managers, or contractors) for direct work outside the Seps.io platform during their membership and for 24 months following termination. Violations will result in immediate termination of service and further action to protect Seps.io’s business, including seeking injunctive relief, liquidated damages of $10,000 per occurrence, and recovery of legal fees.
15. Confidentiality
Seps.io keeps Member information and files confidential, using industry-standard encryption and secure storage. We may request permission to showcase completed designs in our portfolio or marketing materials; Members can opt out by notifying us in writing.

Members retain ownership of submitted and final files.
By submitting content, Members grant Seps.io the right to use it to fulfill job requests.

Unless explicitly opted out in writing, Members also grant Seps.io permission to showcase completed artwork in its portfolio, website, social media, and other promotional materials for marketing purposes.
17. Payment & Refunds
Payments are non-refundable.
Plans renew automatically every 30 days.
Seps.io may adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice.
18. Cancellation
Members may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
Files remain accessible through the end of the paid term.
In-progress jobs will be completed and delivered by the end of the paid term, unless otherwise agreed.
19. Limitation of Liability
Seps.io’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Member. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time.
20. Dispute Resolution
If a Member is unsatisfied with a delivered job, they may contact their account manager within 5 business days to request a review. Seps.io will work to resolve the issue, which may include revisions or a credit for future jobs. If unresolved, both parties agree to mediate in good faith before pursuing legal action.
21. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
21A. Force Majeure Seps.io shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet or power outages, labor disputes, government orders, or pandemics. In such cases, Seps.io will resume service as soon as reasonably possible.
21B. Platform License and Use Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Seps.io portal for internal business purposes only. This license may be revoked at any time for violations of this agreement.
21C. Deliverables and Ownership Seps.io’s Deliverables are considered “work made for hire.” Upon full payment, all rights, title, and interest in the completed artwork are transferred to the Member. This does not include stock or licensed third-party assets, which remain subject to their original licenses.
21D. Licensed Content If any stock or licensed assets are used in the creation of a Deliverable, they are provided for use only within that final Deliverable. Redistribution, resale, or standalone use of licensed content is not permitted. Additional usage may require separate licensing.
22. Updates to Agreement
Seps.io may update this Agreement at any time. The most current version is available at www.seps.io/terms. Continued use of Seps.io’s services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
