Support / Account Manager with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Experience

We are seeking a full-time Account Manager (Virtual Assistant) with Adobe Illustrator knowledge and experience to join our team. Our company mainly assists customers with Graphic Design Tasks and Project Management. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working nighttime shifts (Philippines timezone) as this position requires it.

As an Account Manager, your day-to-day functions will involve assisting our customers via email, chat, and/or Slack with their projects. Quality control on artwork files will also be part of your responsibilities, so a good understanding of Adobe Illustrator is necessary. Graphic design experience is not mandatory, but it is a plus.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
• Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with nighttime shifts available.
• Must be responsive and reliable.
• A strong background in customer service.
• C2 level English Skills (with proofs)
• Reliable computer workstation, internet, and power.
